Break-in at Herdecke Butcher Shop: Police Seek Witnesses
A burglary occurred at a butcher shop on Hauptstraße in Herdecke, Germany, between 7 pm on September 5th and 5:45 am on September 6th. Unknown perpetrators made off with a safe from the shop.
The safe was torn from its wall mounting inside the butcher shop, and the burglars also damaged the locks of an intermediate door during the entry process. The police believe the perpetrators gained entry through the basement of an adjacent apartment building.
